  How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are usually processed in 3 business days plus shipping time. See Shipping for more information about estimated transit times.

  Do you offer a money-back guarantee?

We will gladly accept your timely return of defective merchandise within 12 months of your receipt of the merchandise. Please see Returns and Exchanges for more information.

  Do you offer a limited warranty?

We work hard to bring you high-quality products at competitive prices and back it up with our manufacturer’s warranty. The limited warranty lasts for one year from the date of the purchase and will cover the purchased item due to a defect in the fabrication of the product. The warranty does not cover any damage if there is evidence of excessive wear and tear.

Do you offer post-warranty repairs?

Not at this time. Please use a reputable jeweler for repairs once your warranty expires.

  Are chains included with the pendants?

Yes, chains are includes. Please note that the chains are not subject to our warranty.

  Is your jewelry real gold or silver?

At this time, most of our merchandise, unless custom ordered with precious metal content, feature a 24-karat gold overlay. Some are silver plated. Our newer creations make use of Solid Sterling Silver for base metal and contain semi-precious stones.

  Can I order a jewelry item in gold or silver?

Yes, custom orders of real precious metals are accepted. Please contact our marketing director for further details.

  I have a certain design in mind for jewelry. Can you help me design and produce the item?
