Returns & Exchanges

We’ll work hard and see to it that you’re happy with us.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. We will gladly accept your timely return of defective merchandise within one-year of your receipt. You will be refunded your original purchase price once we receive the item. Returned merchandise should include packaging, tags, info cards and be in the same condition as when it was received.  Please note used merchandise will not be accepted for refund or exchange unless defective and warranty does not apply to chains.

Mailing Instructions

Please ensure proper return address and ship the item prepaid and insured to: Phoenix Publishing, Inc., P.O. Box 131251, Carlsbad, CA 92013, USA.

On the packing slip enclosed with your order, please note the reason(s) for return and whether you wish to exchange the item(s) or receive a credit/refund (depending on the original form of payment). You will be refunded your original purchase price once we receive the item. For equal-amount exchanges, place another order for the item you wish to purchase and return the original to us. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order. Please note that it takes us three to five business days to process returns once they arrive at our office.
